Alteration Policy

  • We provide one free alteration for every abaya purchased.

  • Free alteration applies only to minor fitting adjustments.

  • Any additional alterations after the first free alteration may incur extra charges.

No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final.

  • We do not offer refunds once an item has been purchased.

Exchange & Replacement

We may offer:

  • Alteration services, or

  • Replacement of the item

only in the following cases:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item was damaged before delivery

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

To request an alteration or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Details of the issue

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customized or altered abayas cannot be exchanged or replaced unless there is a defect.
